You can get your own private label of this program and start your own website development company, with a focus on small business websites and home based business websites.
 
There are three programs available:

The company offers a simple formula for licensing, and provides beautiful and professional promotional materials for you to use in your area. The mimimum service area is 5,000 in population. Your area is protected for you via your license by zip code(s).

Each $15 you pay in monthly service fees will service one of your clients. The suggested minimum retail for the service is $49.95 per month.  Your price that you charge your clients is up to you.  You may want to charge less or more.  You are purchasing the service from us at the rate of $15 per month per client.  The company will host the domains for your clients for free. 

This program provides a private label for you.  You can provide a local number for support and forward that to the toll free if you want to use a local number.  We provide a unique toll free number for you for your end user support.

You bill your clients direct, and wholesale from us.  The charge is for the editor subscription service.  You can host the accounts on your own servers if you wish.  We provide website hosting FREE, but not email service.

Important notes: in this program below, your area is protected by contract via zip codes.  Any leads that we can generate that come from your protected zip codes are referred to you.  You may purchase a license smaller than the full size of your community, if your community has multiple zip codes, but that will allow for another license to be sold as well that would be in competition with you in your area.

This program is also two-tiered.  (See Bonuses Below)

Formula:

Take the population of the city or area in which you live that you want to serve.
Multiply that number by .20, that is your setup fee.
Multiply that number by .02, that is your monthly support fee.

Examples:

The population of your city is 5,000.
5,000 X .20 = $1000 setup fee
5,000 X .02 = $100 monthly service fees
Includes your first 7 customers 
8 + customers adds $15 per per per month to your monthly fee

The population of your city is 20,000.
20,000 X .20 = $4,000 setup fee
20,000 X .02 = $400 monthly service fees
Includes your first 25 customers
26 + customers adds $15  per customer per month to your monthly fee

The population of your city is 50,000.
50,000 X .20 = $10,000 setup fee
50,000 X .02 = $1,000 monthly service fees
Includes your first 75 customers
76 + customers adds $15 per customer per month to your monthly fee

Bonuses:

Bonus Level 1
You will receive a 20% cash commission of the setup fee costs that we will put into an advertising fund for you for each and every other licensee that you send us.  The minimum sales qualification requirement within your contractually assigned zip code(s) is 1 site per 1,000 in population to qualify for this bonus.  Until you reach this minimum, the monies will stay in your advertising fund.  No interest will be earned.

We will disperse your advertising fund directly to the pre-approved advertising agency or firm (newspaper, radio, TV) once you meet your minimum (it is clearly spelled out in your contract).  These funds may also be used for business club memberships and dues upon approval.

Bonus Level 2
You will receive a 20% cash commission for monthly support fees of those they have referred to the program once you qualify.  The minimum sales qualification requirement within your contractually assigned zip code(s) is 2 sites per 1,000 in population.

Until you reach this minimum these bonuses will be held in bank for you, (no interest earned) and will be released to you upon reaching the minimum.

Bonus Level 3
Once you reach this benchmark from your own zip code(s), you will start receiving an additional $5 per month per account that have been sold by the licensees you have referred.

The minimum sales qualification requirement within your contractually assigned zip code(s) is 3 sites per 1,000 in population.

3. COMMISSION ONLY WITH END USER SUPPORT

You market and provide leads and we do everything else.  We bill your customers, and you receive a monthly commissions check.

Financing

Program:  we offer an easy payment plan for your setup fees if you need it.  Just take the total of your setup cost and divide it by 10.  The result will be your monthly payment for twelve months.

EXAMPLE

The population of your city is 10,000.
10,000 X .20 = $2,000 setup fee
10,000 X .02 = $200 monthly service fees
Includes your first 40 customers
41 + customers adds $10 per customer per month to your monthly fee

We will finance the setup fee for you.

($2,000 / 10 = $200)

You will pay a minimum of $200 per month for up to 12 months
$200 X 12 = $2,400 (So you see the cost of financing will be $400)
You may pay the balance off earlier than 12 months, but the setup fee will still be $2,400.

Note: your monthy base and support fees must be paid from the first month.

Additional Rules:  you cannot earn 2nd level referrals bonuses for monthly comissions until your setup fees are paid in full and you are current with you monthly fees.

Two-tiered Bonus Referrals Program

This program is also two-tiered.  You can refer others in other areas to this program and receive an immediate 20% commission if they purchase a private label program, too.

Once you have met your minimums for sales in your own area, you will also receive a 20% commision monthly bonus from your program referrals.

Qualifications:  to qualify for monthly commission bonuses, you must first have your setup fee paid in full and be current with your monthly fees.

Note: if we are financing your setup fees for you, all bonuses will first be applied to your account until your setup fees are paid in full.  Once your setup fees are paid, you will start receiving cash bonuses for referrals to our program.
